Cancellations and Returns

AceBiker Returns Policy

All items are carefully checked prior to despatch for your peace of mind and satisfaction.

If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will put the matter right.

You can return any item within 7 days and we will gladly replace the item or credit Reward Points or offer a Refund for it. All we ask is that you send the items back unused in their original condition with all the original packaging, tags, etc. If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the delivery charges.

Special or Discounted Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you are in any doubt please check the website or call us for further information and to confirm.


Returning Your Goods

Please ensure goods are returned in Original, UNUSED and undamaged condition, in the undamaged Manufacturers box/bag complete with ALL tags in place, freebies, manual, protective plastic on visor and any other associated parts supplied.

Products must be returned in the Manufacturers box/bag inside another box/bag for protection.

For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

If you placed the order through the website, please log into 'Your Account' on the website and fill out the returns form.

All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

 

If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped:

If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the Returns Policy above.

Note: If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact Acebiker Customer Care on +91-9433161705, and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

    Damages due to misuse of product
    Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
    Any consumable item which has been used or installed
    Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
    Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
    Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
    Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Acebiker team
